Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of the product (personal use), products returned (opened, but not consumed) have to be safely destroyed due to contamination and hygiene regulations. We strongly urge you to try the product as per recommended guidelines.
NOTE: This policy is applicable only for products purchased via our online store and does not cover sales via marketplace platforms or via phone.
1. The company will honor refund of UNOPENED (seal not broken, shrink wrap intact) packages which are received within 7 days from the date of delivery. You will be sending the product back to us at your cost, and we urge you to use a reliable shipping method (Delhivery, FedEx, DTDC etc) to do so.
2. Unopened product is defined as a box (full pack) which has all the pouches & the bottle intact and the company seal in place.
3. Returns of unused product(s) within 7 days (from the date of delivery) will receive a tiered refund (less delivery charge) based on state of the return. For e.g., one box opened, other is intact.
4. Once the return has been inspected & certified as acceptable, a refund will be provided via bank transfer and may take upto 30 working days to reflect to your account.
5. Decision of the RMA team is final and every effort will be made to ensure that the customer’s grievance is handled in a timely manner.
